Lectures

In this lecture we are introduced on how to use pen tool, which could be complicated to use sometimes. First we need to trace the object, then select move and press ctrl while selecting it's layer until a dotted line surrounding the object appears ( this activates the selection area). After that select the layer below and copy paste it.

Notes:
Ctrl + scroll to zoom in and out
hold space bar to move around
When using pen tool make sure it's shape not path
Decrease opacity to see what's at the back when using pen tool
We can also use shapes to cut the picture

Reflections

For this task we are required to use adobe photoshop, which is a new software for me to use. I find it hard to remember shortcuts. I tried my best to make sure that my composition follows the rule of third or the golden ratio.
I also find it very hard generate an idea for the composition with the limited resources given, and I feel like there's still more exploration that can be done.
