    Task 1

For this task we were given a clip from the movie "Everything Everywhere All at Once", the clip have no sound at all and we were assigned to give it audio including sound effects, dialogues, and ambience sound.

To start of we were tasked to make a spreadsheet of the all the sounds that we will use. In this task we were divided into groups to make the process faster, however the result of it isn't complete, so I complete the spreadsheet alone, I went to google to find free sound effects. Click here for spreadsheet.

Although the task only requires 3 sound effects, I felt like 3 isn't enough, so I added more in the spreadsheet above. After that I began to record my voice to match 3 characters. I put the raw dialogues on the google drive.

Then I imported all the audio needed into the premier pro and cut the audio exactly to the exact timings. Then I edited the audio, below is the process on how I do so.

I redo the editing until, I am satisfied with it. I also made sure that all the audio in it matches the video. After I am satisfied, I exported the video. Shown below is the final video.

Overall I really liked this project. I have actually studied the basics of premier pro when I was in high school but I've already completely forgot about it. So this project is a great way for me to be re-introduced again to premier pro.

The audio dubbing was a bit embarrassing to be honest as it requires me to scream, which I am very much uncomfortable doing. However, editing the my voice to sound like the different character was fun, and so is adding the audio effects. Getting everything just right at the end was very satisfactory, although it requires some time to get it just right.
